Jobs requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls via phone
  • Monitoring sales scripts and methods via computer
  • Telephone case processing, as well as written forwarding via email
  • Providing information and advice related to a specific product/service
  • Continuous learning and informing about products/services
  • Database administration
  • Kindness, patience, understanding towards customers
Conditions:
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2, C1, C2)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail)
  • Strong communication skills and extroversion
  • Interest in working in sales
